ESP8266 PenTesting Deauthor Unit
The 802.11 Wi-Fi protocol contains a so called deauthentication frame. It is used to disconnect clients safely from a wireless network.
Because these management packets are unencrypted, you just need the mac address of the Wi-Fi router and of the client device which you want to disconnect from the network. You don’t need to be in the network or know the password, it’s enough to be in its range.
This unit is designed to demonstrate the weakness in wifi protocols, it is a device which performs a deauth attack. You select the clients you want to disconnect from their network and start the demo. As long as the demo is running, the selected devices are unable to connect to their network. Other 'demo attacks' also have been implemented, such as beacon or probe request flooding.
Skeleton Case allows free airflow to help reduce the likelihood of overheating. This board is the largest version available at approx 2.25" x 1.25" offering the very best operation in the field. Easy to transport and innocent looking.
2.4Ghz Wifi Testing only, requires micro USB or OTG cable to provide power.
This unit is designed for the purposes of demonstration, experimentation and to probe your own networks for education. Do not abuse this tool. We accept no responsibility for its misuse, even for mischief!
A complete case kit is available separately. Designed for NodeMCU ESP8266.
Case has a plastic protective layer that is easily peeled off.
