These are adhesive dots that hold a variety of things together. Make sure the surface is clean and dry before application. You can take them off without any residue or fuss.
Ideally in most conditions they should be changed every few months but they can hold ceramic razors, keys to the back of watches or similar set ups. You can get really creative with them.
